Stargirl....

You may have wondered why I write under the name of Stargirl. She is the main character in the book STARGIRL by Jerry Spinelli.
I read the book in 7th grade. I found I really could relate to Stargirl because she was interesting, had her own style, liked floor length skirts and had just moved to Arizona. I was indeed the new girl. For the millionth time. All the kids, told me I reminded them of Stargirl, and started calling me that. After moving to Canada, I had a little more fashion sense and wasn't quite so strange. However, I still feel I can relate to her. If you have not read the book, read it!! It is a very well written, book and is a very easy read.

It wasn't that bad...

So, my week didn't turn out as bad as I thought it would on Monday. Actually, it was a very good week. It was mostly because of a few friends (Liusma, Andy, Drashti,Maya) but also because of this guy in my English class. No, I am not developing another crush, so forget the obscured things that popped into your head. He likes to tease me... actually, he likes to tease anybody(guys...jeesh!), but he teases me about my wanting to go into grade 11 English because I find grade 10 English too easy... so, he challenges me... and today, when we had a quiz, he got higher than me.By ONE!You would think that would annoy me, but it didn't... anyway, he made me smile. Seriously, anyone reading this, I DO NOT have a crush on him!

Now, back to the point... the week was actually great, it started on a sour note and ended being rather sweet... its like lemonade, just add the sugar until you can handle the taste!

I like to compare life to things... its like comments:Pickles with spaghetti? or icing on cake? ... and food...

Talking about food, there is this movie/documentary called Food INC. It's a good film, but it is gross to see how your foods go through so many processes and how animals are treated. I was thoroughly disgusted by the parts where the animals went into the slaughter house! It made me really sick. However, it's the truth, sadly, in this world :(

I am still grinning from today... I am going to check facebook and head to bed...
Goodnight,

Stargirl

Worst Week Ever... and it's only Monday...

I am having the worst week ever(and its only Monday)
School sucks. Home sucks. Life sucks.

I laughed today until I started hyperventilating and then I started crying and I don't really know why. I just broke down, and couldn't stop. and then I found out I failed my science test. I have never failed a test before.
And then, of course I go to my locker, and it won't open and K.C can't get it so I give up and walk out the doors...

I came home and started crying again and no one understood why.

I hate it. I am sitting here crying and trying to finish my civics summative and I haven't done any of my other homework yet and I am so tired.

Oh, and I hurt myself Sunday by falling and flipping in a parking lot, in a dress. And Pedro was there and he just laughed at me.
Isn't life wonderful? :(

I don't mean for this post to be depressing. A few good things came out of it...
I think...

I still got friends, right?
And bruised knees and cuts never killed anyone.
And it was Halloween, so I can eat a lot of chocolate.

See, It can be good. I am not hyperventilating anymore. And now that I have officially "cracked" I should be okay now.

Although, apparently, I made a fool of myself in the hall laughing and trying to breath and then crying. It got so bad, my friend tried to pull C.b out of his class, but he was busy, so she bought me a cookie figuring the sugar would help. I don't think it did much. And then I was late to class trying to compose myself enough to actually go inside without crying.

I really am emotional,
Stargirl

PG please!

The Single Ladies minus two came over to my house for a party last night! It was a lot of fun. We played CURSES and then QUEST(?)And had pizza, and cookies. We then decided rock band would be fun, and then played a game of truth. We got a little out of control... So, Andy asked K.C to keep it Pg- but K.C's PG is like an R... so we decided the rating for the other night is Winnie the Pooh...

It was a great night! I love my single ladies!!! They are amazing.
Later, during truth I found out some interesting things...
I just wish I knew them(secrets...)
